Wills (Last Wills and Testaments) have been used as estate planning devices for hundreds of years. Although the majority of people understand the need for an Estate Plan, most Americans have no such plan. More than 60% (percent) of the adult population in the United States have no Estate Plan whatsoever. A Last Will and Testament (herein called a Will) is the simplest and most basic form of Estate Planning, and most are inexpensive to prepare.
